Time
At time of delivery Lechon Chicago LLC will wait at agreed location of delivery for up to 30 minutes. If after 30 minutes, there is no one to receive the pig, we cannot leave the pig unattended. The order will be canceled and deposit will not be refunded.

Location
For deliveries, Lechon Chicago LLC requires a physical address. No meeting on parking lots, alleys, streets, etc. for safety purposes of both parties.

In the scenario the event is at a Park District or Park, a physical address is still required but you must provide clear instructions how to get to your site.

Delivery
If you booked online, called, or used the Booking Portal, we still ask when you will be serving food. Lechon is best served immediately after it is cooked. We can work with your timing but it is better to set the pig at time of serving food rather than earlier letting the pig “sit”. We guarantee 3 hours of quality meat and crispy skin the moment it comes out of the oven. This timeframe includes delivery time so please plan accordingly.

Payment
50% deposit is required to secure your date after you contact us online, by phone, or by using the Booking Portal.

At time of of delivery, remaining payment is required. Cash is preferred but we also take Zelle. Credit Card is accepted but we charge an additional 3% fee for all credit card transactions. Tips are always welcome!
